Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for key recruitment logistics for an Internship recruitment campaign in the UK- Early Careers
  • Pre-screening candidates’ online applications to determine top qualified candidate pool
  • Managing online testing
  • Review and asses recorded video interviews
  • Schedule and facilitate high volume and individual interviews if needed
  • Maintain professional communication with candidate to ensure a timely, efficient interview process from start to finish
  • Provide appropriate and timely follow-up ensuring a positive candidate and client experience
  • HR administrative activities and project support as needed
  • Spotless record and strong ethos

Skills:

  • Fluent English – C1 Level is preferred (CEFR scale or equivalent)
  • 6 months of previous experience in administration or HR will be an asset
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Enjoy complex tasks and logistical challenges
  • Highly flexible and able to respond and adapt to changes and shifting priorities. Must be pro-active, persistent, and helpful, with a solid customer service approach.
  • Highly Organized
  • Discreet in handling sensitive information, uphold confidentially at all times
  • Strong relationship building with Candidates, Recruiters, Hiring Managers, Assessor Teams and Operations Team Members Globaly
