The Client Service Coordinator is accountable for similar tasks to the Client Service Manager (CSM) however the CSC may be aligned to simpler stable clients or projects due to typically being more junior. Once established the complexity or number of clients would be increased to reach CSM levels. Some clients need just a CSC to own all activities, other needs a CSC and a CSM due to their size and scale. For these clients the CSC would support the CSM.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Working closely with the in-country Operations Support and Recruiting teams in North America, India, United Kingdom, Poland, Australia, New Zealand and Asia (8 countries) to process data related to the hiring process
  • Facilitate hire and onboarding processes including: obtaining candidate data needed for hire, submitting background check requests to vendor, sending hire letter with supplemental information, sending pre-hire communications
  • Processing all incoming requests for recruitment administration covering Aon recruitment needs
  • Handling assignment of new requisitions, managing data accuracy reviews, updating documentation
  • Auditing all completed work for accuracy
  • Responding to queries from internal and external clients
  • Providing Talent Acquisition partners with regular reports (Excel)
  • Producing ad hock reports as requested
  • Participating actively in global calls and internal meetings
  • Keeping Team’s SLA’s
Requirements:
  • Fluent English
  • Previous experience in administration or HR will be an asset
  • Experience in International organization will be an asset
  • Basic Excel knowledge (Vlookup function, Pivot tables)
  • Being able to analyze data
  • Ability to pay attention to details
  • Self-motivation, ability to prioritize tasks and work to meet tight deadlines
  • Flexibility
  • Teamwork skills
  • University degree preferable
