We are looking for an IT Recruiter determined to succeed in our Poland-based Recruitment team

Our current goal is to enhance the scope of Luxofts recruitment capabilities locally. This will play a key role in the growth of each Polish operations side (Warszawa, Kraków, Gdańsk, Wrocław), and the Polish side of the business as a whole.

Responsibilities

As an IT Recruiter, you would:

  • Be responsible for the full recruiting life cycle for a variety of technical roles;
  • Build strong and long-lasting relationships with Hiring Managers across the business;
  • Utilize social media channels and other sourcing tools and to find the best talent for our Clients;
  • Track your activities in our ATS in conjunction with recruitment management and other departments;
  • Work in a team with a researcher mostly responsible for sourcing the candidates;
  • Plan your teams strategy, development, goals, and control the results;
  • Report your teams results to the management;
  • Administrate recruitment processes;
  • Seek new and innovative ways to improve your working patterns to meet growing business demands.
Skills

The ideal candidate has:

  • Experience in conducting the Recruitment full life-cycle processes;
  • IT background or enough general IT knowledge to finish trainings swiftly;
  • Fluency in English - written&spoken;
  • Willingness to lead a Recruiter-Researcher team;
  • A passion for efficient communication with candidates, management, and clients;
  • Great organizational and time-management skills;
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and eagerness to learn;
