Recruitment Administrator

Summary
Recruitment Administrator will work closely with the Recruitment team and HR team to provide an efficient recruitment service to the business. The role would suit a motivated administrator with a high degree of attention to detail or a keen interest in working in Recruitment or Human Resources.
Responsibilities
- Supporting recruitment teams from administrative perspective.
- Taking care about global mobility issues in recruitment process (risk analysis, proposing. solutions, checking compliance, close cooperation with Global Mobility Teams and Recruitment Manager).
- Coordinating referral program.
- Prepare letters of intent and coordinate with HR teams.
- Managing various administration activities that would be specific to recruitment team.
- Preparing and analysing reports and collecting all data from processes.
- Being a part of onboarding for new team members.
You have
- High level of attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative and collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to work appropriately with confidential & sensitive information.
- Organisation skills & flexible approach.
- C1 in English is a must.
- Experience of working in an administrative support role will be a plus.
