Who are we looking for?

 
Before you start our induction training we will check if you have:
  • excellent German communication skills, both written and verbal (C1)
  • very good knowledge of English (min. B2)
  • experience in recruitment area would be an asset 
  • Customer focus and excellent communication skills
  • good analytical and problem solving skills, attention to detail
  • strong motivation for development in HR/recruitment area
  • good organizational skills, attention to details
  • ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • “Can-do” attitude and proactive approach

 
 
What will you do?

 
  • Maintain accurate data in the internal applicant tracking system
  • Being the first point of contact for all candidates and maintaining contact with them throughout the whole recruitment process
  • Prescreening of candidates’ applications
  • Schedule high number of phone and in-house interviews 
  • Posti job advertisements and maintain posted positions
  • Support on-shore Recruiters

 
Who will you be working with?

 
In our HR team you will be:
  • Supporting HR services in the area of: recruitment, L&D or HR administration;
  • Managing various HR processes for internal client;
  • Directly contacting German speaking clients;
  • Maintaining accurate data in the system;
  • Actively participating in improvement processes and automation;
  • Closely cooperating with other team members
