Talent Management Professional
Job location: Warszawa
  • Take care of internal and external recruitment processes in the Eastern Europe region
  • Participation in job fairs and open days
  • Participation in employer branding projects
  • Active building of the internal and external talent pools
  • Preparation of reports, analyzes and summaries
  • Working in the ATS system as part of ongoing projects
  • Internal cooperation with Hiring Managers and HR BP in onboarding of new employees
  • Mapping the labor market in terms of the availability of candidates and the level of remuneration
  • 3-4 years of recruiting experience (production or logistics company will be an advantage)
  • University degree (preferably in business or human resources)
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Highly analytical skills, problem solving orientation
  • Very good MS Office (especially Power Point)
  • High energy
  • Resistance to stress
  • Ability to work in changing environment
  • Driving license B
