Must have:

Proven 4-6 years of experience in Workday implementation
Workday certified in several Workday modules:
Workday Core HCM- must have
At least 2 of the following:
- Time & Absence,
- Recruitment,
- Compensation & Benefits,
- Talent
Strong functional understanding of HR operations, processes and data definitions
Functional Consultant experience with at least 1 full end-to-end Workday implementation in a multinational, complex environment
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Business Analytical skills – ability to actively listen to understand the problem and translate this into clearly articulated solutions which the business can understand
Organized and disciplined way of working with a consistent track record of meeting deadlines

Scope of duties

20%- Keep abreast of Workday functional developments and roadmaps in order to drive continuous improvement initiatives and support business strategies and operational needs,

20%- Provide deep subject matter expertise in designated functional area of Workday in order to solve problems.

20%-Collaborate with the Product Owner and the IT Workday team.

20%- Work with countries to design their Workday solution based on the already designed Global Footprint, in partnerships with our Workday deployment partner,

20%- Analyse global and local HR process requirements and translate these into Workday configuration designs.
